Fitesa is a multinational corporation, with offices in Europe, which produces textile fibers in rolls that are used in the production of baby diapers, sanitary napkins for lady, aids for incontinence and in the medical field. The intervention of Know-How was needed in finance, quality and production.

What Know-How does

The collaboration with Know-How provided for the adjustment of all the European factories of the group with the standards applied from the Swedish facilities, to optimize cost management, warehouse and logistics.

In particular Know-How installed the software Infor EAM, adapting it to the needs of each production unit and trained end users in the use of all functions of the program.

The project was requested by us for the areas of finance, quality and manufacturing of roll goods.
Of all the market players we have chosen Infor because their products are very well adapted to our type of industry. The collaboration with Know-How has enabled us to fine tune the system to fit our requirements extremely well bringing the company to obtain these results of very good efficiency in our internal processes and high system availability.
