Complementary skills for business management

Founded in 1999 by the will of some IT professionals to unite and utilize their complementary skills, Know-How offers consulting, development, training and assistance in the management of ERP projects.

Technical expertise, combined with specific skills gained in different sectors, in companies with needs, targets and different features, allows Know-How to better interpret the needs of each partner and share their goals by offering tailored solutions to improve the business.

If in the early years focusing on Italian clients, particularly with medium-sized firms that make up the manufacturing sector of Central Northern Italy, and for more than five years Know-How has expanded to important multinational companies and has completed successfully projects in Sweden, Germany and the UK.

The strength of the team

The men and women are the most valuable resource for Know-How and proves it by adopting a policy seemingly anachronistic. The staff are all employees and hired on temporary contracts. New employees follow a  training project on site for a year, which leads to build a productive experience that is an asset of Know-How, but also for customers who build profitable and lasting relationships with their referents.

The team of Know-How consists of expert consultants in logistics management, production and financial business and can count on the support of a technical structure, capable of improving both the powerful management products and the infrastructure on which they are based.
